Good afternoon

Written guides, not video courses

Four structured guides covering the parts of a conversion that are easy to get wrong on the first attempt.

Each guide below is a series of articles rather than a single page, written to be read in order but usable as a reference afterward. They are free to read and there is nothing to purchase. None of them are personalised advice; they describe general approaches and let you judge what applies to your own building, your own city, and your own numbers.

A note on scope

These guides describe approaches, not guarantees

Every building, every city, and every local market is different. A pricing method that works for a unit near a university campus in Lublin won't automatically transfer to a unit on a quiet residential street in Bydgoszcz. The guides are meant to give you a framework for thinking through the decisions, not a formula that produces a single correct answer.

None of this is legal, tax, or financial advice. Lease structures in particular depend on your specific situation, and a local accountant or legal advisor familiar with Polish commercial lease law will always know more about your circumstances than a general guide can.
